Terms of Service

ART

• Be precise and specific about your request. Provide visual references and a moodboard.• Changes to the design are accepted UP TO lineart.• Only color adjustments are permitted at the base color stage.• Any new modification requested once the drawing is finished will incur a fee equal to 20% of the artwork’s total price.

I WILL NOT DRAW

• NSFW, fetish, hateful content, excessive gore or political imagery.• Characters from real people without their permission.• Anything that makes me uncomfortable.

YOU MAY NOT

• Claim the artwork as your own• Remove my signature or watermark.• Resell or mint it as NFT• Use it commercially (unless we’ve discussed and agreed on a commercial license)• Reproduce the drawings.

PAYMENT METHOD

• All payments are made via PayPal (USD).• Payment is done upfront or 50% before and 50% after the sketch is approved.• I will start the commission only after payment (or initial deposit) is received.

GENERAL

• I reserve the right to decline any commission without explanation.• I may post the commissioned artwork in my portfolio or social media. If you’d like it to remain private, please inform me beforehand.• No refunds once the sketch is approved. If for any reason I am unable to complete your commission, a full refund will be provided.• Commissions are for personal use only, unless discussed otherwise.• Delivery time is usually 1–3 weeks, depending on complexity and my queue.• When purchasing any of my services, you agree to my Terms of Service automatically. Not reading them does not release you from this agreement.
